About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TransBiz ERP ("the App", "we", "us"), provided by Digital Hanshu, handles information when you use our website and Android app at transbizerp.in and app.transbizerp.in (previously app.digitalhanshu.in). TransBiz ERP is a business tool used by transport companies and their staff to create consignment notes (CN), bills, quotations, lorry receipts, delivery challans and money receipts, and to track shipments.

Information we collect

Account information

Your name, email address, mobile number and an encrypted (hashed) password, used to sign you in to your company workspace.

Business records you create

Consignment notes, bills, quotations, receipts, LR, challans, customer names, vehicle and route details, photos, signatures and tracking updates.

Device & usage data

Basic technical data such as IP address and browser / app version – used only for security (for example locking sign-in after repeated wrong passwords) and to keep the service running.

Notification token

If you turn on notifications, we store a token so the App can alert you. You can switch it off any time in your device settings.

Precise location (staff users)

When a company user signs in or saves / changes a record, the App records the device’s precise location (GPS latitude and longitude with accuracy), together with the time, device and IP address, in a security activity log. It is collected only at those moments – never in the background – and only after you allow location permission.

Error reports

If a page or the server fails, technical details of the error (page, message, time, device) are recorded so we can fix it.

Customers who open a signing or tracking link are not asked for their location.

How we use your information

To provide the App – creating and managing your transport documents and tracking shipments.
To secure your account (login lock-out, session time-outs) and protect your company’s data.
To keep a security activity log (who signed in, what was created or changed, when and from where) that the TransBiz ERP system administrator uses to investigate problems, misuse or disputes.
To send notifications you have chosen to receive.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not show third-party advertising in the App.

Data storage & security

Data is stored on secured servers and every connection uses HTTPS encryption. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes and are never visible to us. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data retention

Activity-log entries, including location, are kept for 1 year and then deleted automatically. We keep your business records while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data using the steps on our account deletion page.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information. Company administrators can manage staff accounts directly in the App.

Children’s privacy

TransBiz ERP is a business application for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with the “Last updated” date.
