Delete your account & data

App: TransBiz ERP (Google Play) · Developer: Digital Hanshu. Follow these steps to delete your account and personal data.

Before you start

TransBiz ERP accounts are created by your company’s administrator. You can ask us to delete your user account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

Company administrators can also remove a staff user from Staff inside the app – that user is blocked from signing in immediately.

How to request deletion

  1. Email usFrom the email address registered with your TransBiz ERP account.
  2. Use this subject“TransBiz ERP – Delete my account”
  3. Add your detailsYour name, registered email or mobile number, and company name.
  4. We confirmWe verify the request and reply by email. Deletion is completed within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your user accountName, email, mobile number, password
Permanently deleted
Notification tokens & security logsLinked to your account, including location entries in the activity log
Permanently deleted
Business records you createdCNs, bills, quotations, receipts, LR, challans, tracking, photos. These belong to your company – deleted when the company workspace is deleted, otherwise kept by the company and unlinked from you.
Kept by company
Records required by lawFor example tax / invoice records
Kept as required, then deleted

Deleting the whole company

A company owner or administrator can ask us to delete the entire workspace and all its records by emailing sales@transbizerp.in from the registered owner email.
