Do I need to install any software?
No. TransBiz ERP runs in the browser on any phone or computer. You can also install the TransBiz ERP Android app from Google Play for a full-screen app.
Is there an Android app?
Yes. The TransBiz ERP app on Google Play opens your workspace inside the app – download PDFs, share them to WhatsApp and scan RCs with the camera.
Can I create a CN by scanning the RC?
Yes. Take a photo of the vehicle RC and TransBiz ERP reads the vehicle number, model, chassis and engine number and fills the consignment note for you to check.
Can I send documents on WhatsApp?
Yes. Every CN, bill, quotation, LR, challan and money receipt can be downloaded as a PDF or shared as a PDF file straight to WhatsApp, email or any app.
Can my customer sign the CN online?
Yes. Send the signing link on WhatsApp. The customer reviews the CN on their phone and signs with a finger – the signature is added to the CN PDF.
Can customers track their shipment?
Yes. Share a tracking link. Your customer sees the route, the current status and the expected delivery time without logging in.
Will my company name and GSTIN appear on documents?
Yes. Your logo, company name, address, GSTIN, bank details and terms are printed on every document. Bills always fit on one page.
Can my staff use it with limited access?
Yes. The admin creates staff logins and chooses exactly which modules and actions each person can use.
Can I manage more than one company?
Yes. One login can switch between companies or branches. Every company keeps its own documents, numbering and settings.
Is my data safe?
All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, every company has its own private workspace, and repeated wrong login attempts lock the device automatically. Read our privacy policy for details.
